Cancellations made up to 2 days before your reservation date: No cancellation fee
Cancellations made on the day before or the day of your reservation: 100% cancellation fee applies
If you need to cancel, please do so by yourself through the “Reservation Details” link (Item 3) found in your reservation confirmation email, no later than two days before your scheduled visit.
